OTTAWA, February 28, 2023 – dominKnow, Inc. (“dominKnow ” or “Company”), the provider of cloud-based authoring solutions that allow enterprises to deliver e-learning content and training courses, has appointed Peter Cizik as CEO. Luke Hickey, current CEO, will be transitioning to Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Cizik will be responsible for leading the development and execution of dominKnow’s strategies to further the Company’s ability to help its customers create and deliver mission-critical e-learning programs. Prior to joining the Company, he led the global go-to-market for SAP Litmos, a Learning Management System technology provider to enterprise customers. Prior to SAP Litmos he co-founded and grew a boostrapped healthcare e-learning company, BridgeFront, that was successfully exited in 2015.

Daniel Kim, Chairman of the Board of Directors at dominKnow and Partner at HKW, said, “Peter is a proven leader in the e-learning enterprise software space.
