Zach Nichols

As an Operating Executive and Board Member of portfolio companies, Zach supports various management teams in seeking to drive value creation with Go-To-Market strategies, financial processes and metrics and supporting leadership in executing their overall strategic plans. His expertise lies in commercial strategy, strategic planning, M&A, management operating systems, valuations, and change leadership.

Zach has held many executive positions throughout his career including Chief Financial Officer for AI Innovations, Harding Group of Companies, and ProAct Services Corporation, a prior HKW portfolio company. Most recently, Zach led the commercial sales strategy for the Heavy Industry Division of Evoqua.

Zach lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife Lexie and their four sons. Outside the office, you can find Zach and Lexie at the ball field watching their boys grow.
