Devraj’s primary responsibilities include leading private equity investments in middle-market companies spanning manufacturing, distribution and services business models. Devraj has over twenty years of experience in completing investments and working alongside management teams to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Prior to joining HKW, Devraj was a founding Partner at Radial Equity Partners and previously served as a Partner at Irving Place Capital. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Parthenon Capital Partners and Salomon Smith Barney.
Devraj lives in New York with his wife and two daughters.
