INDIANAPOLIS – August 2025 – HKW, a middle-market private equity firm investing in growth-oriented companies, is pleased to welcome Narine Kazarova (nk@hkwinc.com) as the firm’s new Director of Marketing and Investor Relations, effective August 4, 2025.

In her role, Narine will lead HKW’s marketing, brand strategy, and communications, while working closely with the CEO and Investor Relations Partner to elevate HKW’s presence and clearly communicate the firm’s investment approach and differentiation.

Narine brings a diverse background in sales, commercial real estate, and technology, most recently serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Spearhead Technology. Her experience in both relationship-driven and growth-focused roles makes her well suited to strengthen HKW’s market presence.
