HKW Announces Recapitalization of Royal Camp Services LTD.

Indianapolis, IN – November 23, 2011 – Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (“HKW”) announced that it closed on the recapitalization of Royal Camp Services Ltd. (“Royal Camp” or “Company”) on Wednesday, November 23, 2011.  Royal Camp provides workforce accommodations, catering and complementary services to customers operating in the oil & gas, mining and oil sands industries in western Canada.
