Visioneering, based in Fraser MI, is a leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of complex, high-quality assembly automation tooling systems for the aerospace and defense industry. Visioneering had been a portfolio company of HKW since 2007.
The buyer is 3P Equity Partners, along with Silver Sail Capital. 3P Equity is a committed capital fund focused on growth oriented lower middle-market companies.
