(“HKW”) announced that it closed on the acquisition of the Long Beach, CA Division of FSI Field Specialties, Inc. (“FSI” or “the Company”) on April 12, 2016. FSI, headquartered in Long Beach, California, further expands ProAct’s degassing and air pollution control capabilities.
